SALMON JAPONNAISE



Salmon Japonaise

(contributed by Harry Fisher from Allentown, PA)

  • 2 lb salmon, cut into 1/2 lb fillets
  • 6 oz of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of French Dijon mustanad 
  • Dash of chili pepper

DIRECTIONS:

1.  Place the salmon on a slightly greased baking dish.

2.  Prepare the marinade by mixing the soy sauce and  lemon juice and             stiring in the ginger and mustard.

3.  Pour the marinade over the fish and marinate for 1 hour.

4.  Sprinkle the chili pepper on top just before baking.

5.  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

6.  Bake for 10 minutes and serve hot.
